severe sore throat

went see doc, no sign of fever, but need lots of rest said doc..

no flu or even swine flu..

this evening, feverish feeling..

went see doc again.. no sign of fever.. but still prevention better than cure...

took bra like mask from sis and thermometer ...

each mask cost SGD8... maybe it looks like bra. hahaha

cut the crap.. better zzz early...

ohh forgotten to take BP.. was 130/100 (high) this morning and 135/105 (higher) this evening...

now 130/90 (high) :s

should i cover them with other colors?

another hot day....

today accomplished many work tasks

cleared many stuffs.

tired now..

as usual, these few weeks were hot, and will be hot...
